UPGRADES & REPAIRS
To schedule an upgrade or repair for your DermaCool™ unit,
contact the service
department here: Service@OptoGenesis.com or by
phone (512) 451-3333, and obtain a RMA number.
Please have
the
following information available:
Name, address, phone,
description of problem, and serial number
All returns must be shipped in a suitable container with at least
3 inches
of packing on all sides. Please disconnect any handpiece prior to
packing.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Every product manufactured by OptoMed, Inc. is
thoroughly inspected and tested. It is
warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and material for
the period of one year
from the date of shipping under normal use and service.
Except as set forth above, OptoMed makes no
other warranties, express or implied, including
without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty does not apply to products during
shipment and/or due to improper handling, installation,
usage, or alteration. In no event will OptoMed be liable for any
anticipated profits, loss of profits,
loss of use, accidental or consequential damages, or any other
losses incurred in connection
with the purchase of the product.
Should you experience a problem during the one-year
period, return the defective part, freight and
insurance prepaid, to OptoMed in its original carton or box, or
an equivalent, properly packed
to withstand the hazards of shipment. OptoMed will repair or
replace the product at No Charge .
Any and all items must be authorized for return in advance with a
return merchandise
authorization (RMA) assigned by OptoMed.
