OptoGenesis provides a full-service Head Refurbishing Program, a Warranty Program, and a Parts Program for Lumenis-manufactured IPL devices. It also offers a PhotoFace Rejuvenation Program, a series of unique treatment protocols to treat damaged skin and/or remove unwanted hair.

Additionally, the company offers a series of product packages that employ the EpiCool technology and are designed to improve the overall experience and result of aesthetic laser procedures. EpiCool Platinum, EpiCool Gold and EpiCool Silver for PhotoRejuvenation and Hair Removal Systems are designed to meet the various needs of OptoGenesis customers.  Each package is offered with the VascuLight-HR or EpiLight device.
